oh well, in germany you might get quite a warm welcome as well, most of the people might instantly yell for Tequila (which in germany is served with lemon and salt or orange and cinnamon - afaik you guys just drink it without that stupid rituals)

bringing booze is quite difficult from mexico to the EU.
1st: you can bring up to 1l of hard stuff for free, but:
2nd: if you buy it in the duty free shop you have no chance to put it into your case so you will have to transport it with your carry-on baggage. if you have to change planes in the EU (e.g. Frankfurt) you are not allowed to transport ANY liquids (not even water) in your carry-on baggage because of newer safety restrictions (thx a lot, dear terrorists!), otherwise it would be confiscated. If yo don't have the time to put it in your case in Frankfurt then you won't be able to enter the next plane with your bottle.
so it mightbe the best idea to buy it in the supermarket and hide it well in your case before checking in in mexico. that is at least the info i got from me colleagues who tried it out this year...

no it's not! the döner kebab as shown above (döner meat in a bread plus salad&sauce) was invented in germany by a turkish immigrant who opened a restaurant for turkish dishes but shortly afterwards he noticed that germans tend to prefer their food "to go" - so he put the döner (which originally is just the meat of that dish) into a kebab
